Repair
All loggers sent in for repair will receive a new battery, o-rings and standard calibration.
The price is:
$495+ GST for temperature loggers
$345 + GST for pressure loggers.
If we can't repair the logger here then it will either need to go back to the factory or be replaced.
Factory repair prices are:
$700+GST for Hitemp 140 rigid probes
$825+GST for flexible probes
$900+ GST for pressure loggers
Loggers older than 5 years are not eligible for factory repair.
In the event that your logger is not working correctly we can arrange for factory repair of your device. MadgeTech provides repair services for most data loggers. All devices are sold with a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects.
Repairs include:
- Calibration certificate
- New battery
- New o-rings
- Updated firmware (when applicable)
- 90-day warranty
In order to be eligible for MadgeTech's repair program, the logger must be less than 5 years old.
