This stand-alone device does not require any additional probes. The enclosure is designed with a handle for easy attachment and is splash proof. <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">The Cryo-Temp provides date and time stamped temperature readings and uses the MadgeTech Data Logger Software. The user can view the data in graphical or tabular form. High and low alarm limits and high and low warning limits can be programmed through the software. The user can set the alarm limits in the range required for the goods to be maintained. The warn limits can be set to alert the user when the temperature is nearing a high or low alarm limit. The Cryo-Temp is equipped with three LEDs. The green LED will blink every 15 seconds while the recorder is logging. The yellow LED will blink every 3 seconds when the temperature has breached the warning limits. The red LED will blink every 3 seconds when the temperature alarm has been breached. The Cryo-Temp is the ideal temperature monitoring solution for any application involving low temperature data logging.</span></p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">MadgeTech’s redesigned CTL2000 Carcass Temperature data logger is a rugged, one of a kind solution for temperature monitoring during carcass pasteurization cycles. Equipped with eight thermocouple ports, the CTL2000 monitors and records the temperatures of various sections of the carcass during pasteurization, providing a continuous and accurate temperature profile to verify and validate that harmful microorganisms are effectively depleted.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The durable enclosure is drop tested and designed to survive the elements of the slaughter environment. The top of the enclosure is made of food grade stainless steel with an industrial quality custom machined base that skirts the thermocouple ports to guard against debris infiltration and harsh wash down cycles. The quality materials and form factor options were chosen using sanitary standards and guidelines, and made with materials certified for direct food contact as described by NSF-51.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Measuring only eight inches in length and weighing only three pounds, the CTL2000 is easy to handle and hangs securely from the carcass by a single stainless steel hook. This device is capable of withstanding temperatures from -20 °C to 100 °C (-4 °F to +212 °F), allowing it to monitor the entire pasteurization process.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Each channel of the CTL2000 can store up to 129,024 readings which aids in the logging of multiples cycles. Reading rate capabilities range from as fast as four readings per second or as infrequently as one reading every 24 hours. The CTL2000 operates on user replaceable batteries and features a pushbutton start option directly on the device. Delayed start is user programmable from within the MadgeTech Software for up to six months in advance.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The MadgeTech software offers a wealth of data display and reporting options to easily analyze the results of each cycle and provide verification for USDA regulation compliance.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">Commonly used for mapping, validation and monitoring of high temperature surfaces and environments, this stainless steel data logger is available in two models, the HiTemp140-FP-36 and the HiTemp140-FP-72, which feature either 36 inch or 72 inch flexible probe lengths, respectively. The flexible probe is coated with PFA insulation and can withstand temperatures up to 260 °C (500 °F) with an accuracy of ±0.1 °C.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">The HiTemp140-FP probe design is narrow and lightweight making it ideal for placement within small vials, tubing, test tube and other small diameter or delicate applications. This high temperature data logger features a 2 in x 0.0625 in diameter probe and is capable of recording up to 4Hz, which is 4 times faster than other data loggers in this series. This allows the temperature sensor to quickly adapt and accurately record temperature variations in changing environments. Applications include oven profiling, steam sterilization, chamber mapping, seafood processing, flash freezing and more.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">MadgeTech’s entire HiTemp140 data logger series is designed with food grade stainless steel. <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">The HiTemp140X2-TD data logger models all feature a 2 inch rigid, fast response, transitional diameter probe (TD) to measure ambient temperature, combined with a second bendable stainless steel probe (PT) or a flexible RTD probe (FP)option. The rigid 2 inch TD probe is made of stainless steel, offers an ultra-fast response time and is suitable for measuring ambient temperatures in the harshest environments. The stainless steel PT probe options provide the ability to retain shape when bent into position and the sharp probe tip allows for easy insertion. The stainless steel PT probes also offer an extended measurement range to accommodate extremely high temperatures.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">The HiTemp140X2-FP data logger models all feature the 72 inch lightweight, flexible RTD probe (FP) combined with a 24 inch bendable probe (PT) made of stainless steel with either a 1 inch or 5 inch probe sheath at the tip, or also available with 2 flexible RTD probes (FP). The flexible FP probe design allows the probe to be easily maneuvered and is ideal for temperature monitoring inside test tubes, small vials, and other delicate applications or tight spaces. The narrow thermistor probe tip on the FP is compatible for use with the MicroDisc probe attachment, allowing for precise surface temperature monitoring of shelving and more.</span></p>

The HiTemp140X2 data logger series is compatible with the latest version of the MadgeTech Software. This allows for simple starting, stopping and downloading of collected data. Once the readings have been downloaded to the software, it can be viewed in graphic, tabular, and summary form for easy analysis, as well as the potential to be exported into Excel for further calculations.</span></p>
