The HiTemp140 is a rugged, high precision, temperature data logger that is built for use with autoclaves and harsh environments. This stainless steel device is submersible, can withstand temperatures up to 140 °C (284 °F) and has an accuracy of +/-0.1 °C (0.18 °F).

The PR140 is a pressure data logger designed for use in autoclave validation and mapping. This rugged data logger can withstand temperatures up to 140 °C and is completely submersible (IP68). The PR140 is built with a precision stainless steel pressure gauge. The data logger has an accuracy of ±0.03 Bar (±0.435 PSI), which can be achieved over a wide temperature range, from 20 °C to +140 °C (68 °F to 284 °F). The PR140 can be programmed to take readings as often as once per second (1 Hz), and has non-volatile memory that can store up to 32,700 measurements.

Available in three different measurement ranges (±30 mV, ±160 mV or ±1200 mV), the Bridge101A offers a reading rate of up to 4 Hz with memory capacity of 1,000,000 readings (memory wrap optional). The device can be configured to start at a specified date and time up to 24 months in advance and the pushbutton start/stop feature allows the user to initiate or cease logging data in the field if desired.

The MadgeTech Data Logger Software offers user programmable Engineering Units which allows collected data to be presented in the established unit being measured. Equipped with endless data analysis and reporting tools, the MadgeTech software simplifies device management and provides the user with graph, tabular or summary reports with the ability to export data to Excel as needed.

This easy-to-use device can measure and record data for up to 32,767 measurements per channel. The storage medium is non-volatile solid state memory, providing maximum data security even if the battery becomes discharged. The device can be started and stopped directly from your computer and its small size allows it to fit almost anywhere. The Bridge120 data logger makes data retrieval quick and easy. Simply plug it into an empty COM or USB port and our user-friendly software does the rest.

The Cryo-Temp provides date and time stamped temperature readings and uses the MadgeTech Data Logger Software. The user can view the data in graphical or tabular form. High and low alarm limits and high and low warning limits can be programmed through the software. The user can set the alarm limits in the range required for the goods to be maintained. The warn limits can be set to alert the user when the temperature is nearing a high or low alarm limit. The Cryo-Temp is equipped with three LEDs. The green LED will blink every 15 seconds while the recorder is logging. The yellow LED will blink every 3 seconds when the temperature has breached the warning limits. The red LED will blink every 3 seconds when the temperature alarm has been breached. The Cryo-Temp is the ideal temperature monitoring solution for any application involving low temperature data logging.

The durable enclosure is drop tested and designed to survive the elements of the slaughter environment. The top of the enclosure is made of food grade stainless steel with an industrial quality custom machined base that skirts the thermocouple ports to guard against debris infiltration and harsh wash down cycles. The quality materials and form factor options were chosen using sanitary standards and guidelines, and made with materials certified for direct food contact as described by NSF-51.

Measuring only eight inches in length and weighing only three pounds, the CTL2000 is easy to handle and hangs securely from the carcass by a single stainless steel hook. This device is capable of withstanding temperatures from -20 °C to 100 °C (-4 °F to +212 °F), allowing it to monitor the entire pasteurization process.

Each channel of the CTL2000 can store up to 129,024 readings which aids in the logging of multiples cycles. Reading rate capabilities range from as fast as four readings per second or as infrequently as one reading every 24 hours. The CTL2000 operates on user replaceable batteries and features a pushbutton start option directly on the device. Delayed start is user programmable from within the MadgeTech Software for up to six months in advance.

The MadgeTech software offers a wealth of data display and reporting options to easily analyze the results of each cycle and provide verification for USDA regulation compliance.

This system is capable of withstanding and measuring temperatures up to 400 °C, allowing it to record throughout the entire depyrogenation process. The HiTemp140-M12 data logger features the popular rugged steel body design of the HiTemp140 data logger series with the flexibility to utilize dozens of RTD probe options with M12 connection compatibility.

The MadgeTech software allows for fast and easy data logger configuration. Simply insert the data logger into the IFC400 or IFC406 docking station (sold separately), choose either immediate or delay start and the desired reading rate. Insert the data logger onto the ThermoVault Max enclosure and screw the cap back on securely. The device is ready to be deployed.

The EggTemp is submersible and can measure temperatures up to +60 °C (+140 °F). It has a user replaceable battery that typically lasts up to 1 year. The nonvolatile memory can hold up to 32,767 readings and will retain data even if the battery becomes discharged. MadgeTech’s Data Logger Software offers an easy way to analyze data. Data can be viewed in Celsius or Fahrenheit, as well as Kelvin or Rankine, and in graph, summary or data formats. For further analysis, data can also be exported to Excel.

The EggTemp-RH can measure temperatures up to +60 °C (+140 °F) and humidity from 0 %RH to 95 %RH. The non-volatile memory can hold up to 32,767 readings and will retain data even if the battery becomes discharged.

The EggTemp-RH is compatible with the latest MadgeTech 4 Software making starting, stopping, and downloading simple and easy. Graphical, tabular, and summary data is provided for analysis and can be viewed as customizable engineering units.
